Perfect Peace Ministry Youth Outreach, Inc. under the direction of the Rev. Vernon B. Williams of Harlem, New York has reach thousands of lives in New York and vicinity. Through the ministry many youth and their families have developed a closer walk with God! Built stronger individuals, stronger families and stronger community.
Perfect Peace Ministry was birthed from a need in the central Harlem community for a Christ centered after school program. Which from its beginnings has serviced youth from all religious back grounds (Christian, Muslim and Non-denomination). The goal has always been to encourage change, enhance the quality of life and empower the youth and their families.
As an outreach we have never used government funding to support the work we have accomplished in the community. Our faith teaches that the Lord God will provide all of our needs. We function by received donations from the community and through dynamic fund raising events.
Rev. Vernon Williams and his wife (Evangelist Gail Williams) have worked from their modest home out into the streets of New York bringing the hope of the Gospel to thousands of people.
Both Rev. and Evangelist Williams are life long residence of New York and have benefited from the public school system. Both have secured degrees from The college Of New Rochelles undergrad programs. Rev. Williams went on to secure a degree from The Theological School at Drew University. Rev. and Evangelist Williams both afirm that education is key to personal transformation and growth. Each with their God given talent proclaims that with Christ Jesus anything is possible!
Rev. Vernon B. Williams holds membership with associations and organizations in the Harlem area. He serves as a volunteer Chaplain ( Empire International Chaplains Association). Volunteer with the Clergy Crisis Responder, City of New York Office of Emergency Management.  New York City Concerned Clergy - Community Action Council. HCCI, NSP, NSA, Black Men Against Crack,  United for Peace and Justice, The Baptist Minister's Conference of Greater New York and Vicinity.

Rev. Williams has called for Pastors, Community leaders and parents to join with him in an effort to STOP THE VIOLENCE in our communities. Stop Black on Black Violence, Stop Police on Community Violence, Stop Domestic Violence, and Stop Gang Violence. Get the Guns off our Streets and out of the hands of our youth and young Adults. Rev. Williams is working in the New York community for justice, peace and the enhancement of life for all New Yorker's. please pray much for us. KKK is alive and well in the black and Latino communities; Kids Killing Kids over 102 murders in Manhattan in 2010.
